Founding Member & Ambassador Agreement for The Visionary Vault

Welcome to The Visionary Vault! By becoming a Founding Member, you’re joining an exclusive group of visionaries dedicated to building and growing this dynamic community. Your role as a Founding Member and Ambassador comes with unique privileges and meaningful responsibilities. Please carefully review the terms below to ensure alignment:

1. Exclusive Free Access

As a Founding Member, you will receive free access to The Visionary Vault community for one year from the date you submit this form.

During this period, you’ll also enjoy free access to the Visionary Vault Annual Conference.

2. Active Participation & Community Support

As an Ambassador, you commit to actively participating in The Visionary Vault community.

This includes engaging in discussions, supporting fellow members, sharing feedback, and contributing to the growth and success of the community.

3. Referrals & Commissions

You are encouraged to refer new members to The Visionary Vault community and coaching programs.

Yearly Subscription Referrals: You will receive a 20% commission for each successful yearly subscription sign-up ($500). Commissions will be paid after the new member’s payment is processed.

Vault Accelerator Referrals: You will receive a 10% commission on successful referrals who join The Vault Accelerator (private 1-on-1 coaching program). Packages include:
- $6,000 for book writing development
- $10,000 for book writing and monetization development

Monthly Subscription Referrals: Referrals who join through monthly subscriptions are not eligible for commission payouts but will still count toward your points for the Visionary Vault Ambassador Grant.

4. Visionary Vault Ambassador Grant

Your referrals, whether for monthly or yearly subscriptions, contribute to your points for the Visionary Vault Ambassador Grant, awarded annually.

Active participation and referrals increase your chances of winning this exclusive grant.

5. Community Values & Conduct

As a Founding Member, you agree to uphold the values of respect, positivity, professionalism, and inclusivity within The Visionary Vault.

Any behavior that violates these values, disrupts the community, or negatively impacts members may result in removal from the program.

6. Term of Free Access

Your free access to The Visionary Vault community and annual conference is valid for one year from the date of your form submission.

After one year, your membership will automatically transition to a paid subscription unless you opt to discontinue.

7. Amendments & Modifications

The Visionary Vault reserves the right to amend or modify this agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
